Problem was that a lot of these products which were developed successfully have failed to be commercialized due to the hard barrier of distribution channel system. This paper investigates success cases of regional vitalization in Kochi prefecture which is suffering population decreases and severe aging problem. The cases were analyzed from the aspect of management and marketing.
