As a first step, we started to increase the number of well-trained engineers for the inspection of concrete bridges. As a second step, we developed web-database system which stores inspection data. Tablet PC was selected as input device. Through the trial test, we found that our system enables us to reduce inspection cost significantly. As a third step, past data is collected and analyzed to achieve actual maintenance cost.
