Although and since they have been analyzed and challenged toward various scientific theories of goals, complexity and variety of social systems did not easily allow independent science to describe issues and to solve them. Some scientists try to merge sciences to solve issues rather than to integrate them. It is therefore explicit their challenges are not successful enough. Typically they try to describe issues or phenomena with some existing models of economics, environmental phenomena, or human activities, and to explain “easy to understand” interactive relationships among phenomena without theoretical interface model with necessary complexity. Of course, many researchers and existing sciences are solving issues with their theory and methodology, and we should rather respect them as a part of “Sciences for Social Management Systems” within some coordinates. “Sciences for Social Management Systems” integrates natural and social sciences of fundamental researches to application researches and implementation researches for the society, with which we are able to analyze, to structure, to model the social system phenomena, and create management solution or systems, while we obtain integrated insight of observation for social systems.
