The explanation is based on the university's established Faculty Development (FD) objectives, and FD activities provided for these education enhancement activities are described. In addition, the limitations of FD activities and regular training methods are described. As an approach to overcoming these limitations, mainly lack of incentive, KUT has introduced a comprehensive Faculty Evaluation System.
