内容記述 | This study based on competing values model provides organizational culture in the Institute of Technology of Cambodia, Cambodia. The clan culture is dominant in the current situation however more innovative, stability and control have been preferred. The underlying activities in the current culture were investigated through interview with faculties from civil engineering department. In order to transform to the preferred culture AIA (A- external Adaptation, I- internal Integration and A- Adoption) model has been proposed. | |||||
